UK Saturday Delivery Order by 6pm Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Friday will be delivered the following Saturday. Saturday delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes only. £4.95
UK Sunday Delivery Order by 6pm Friday for Sunday delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Friday will be delivered the following Sunday. Sunday delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes only. £4.95

ORDER PROCESS

To help you keep track of your order, we will:

  • Send an email to let you know your parcel is on its way.
  • Doddle  (our courier) will send an email and text detailing of your delivery.
  • Doddle will try to deliver the parcel 3 times. If on the 3-rd attempt Doddle unable to delivery, then parcel will returned the Doddle store and you will be collect your parcel from your local Doddle store and everything will be Notified By Info@Doddle.Com


RETURNS

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.

You must then, within 14  days of receiving the Goods, send the goods and return slip in a securely wrapped parcel to Silkraft return address below:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (21 days for Australia and New Zealand).
  • Goods must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns for used product care items

FREE INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (EXC UNITED ARAB EMIRATES & SWITZERLAND)

Ensure your item/s are securely wrapped and insert your completed Postal Returns Note.

Post the parcel at your local Post Office and make sure you obtain a 'Proof of Postage' certificate which you should retain until you've received your refund.

Please allow up to 20 working days for refunds to reach the UK and be processed. Should you have any concerns please email us at returns@silkraft.com.


UNITED ARAB EMIRATES & SWITZERLAND RETURNS

Complete the Postal Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
Ensure your item/s are securely wrapped and the below return address is clearly visible on the parcel.
Post the parcel at your local Post Office and pay the correct postage at the time of sending.
Make sure you obtain a 'proof of postage' certificate which you should retain until you've received your refund.
We will email confirmation that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed upon receipt in the UK.
